The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ismael Peña during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Club Deportivo Águila:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Eléctricos F.C.:s goal. When the match had been going on for 4 minutes, Eléctricos F.C.'s Ubarna Varsana got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Camilo Galeas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubelteso Ribadas in the 11th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Camilo Galeas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Club Deportivo Águila getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Félix Pimentel hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Ramos Berrio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Galeas. Club Deportivo Águila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramos Berrio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramos Berrio in the 15th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Camilo Galeas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Águila's Camilo Galeas got control of the ball when Ramos Berrio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramos Berrio got free with Camilo Galeas in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the match, Ricardo Peña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joffre Viñambres. Eléctricos F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Peña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Félix Pimentel kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Eléctricos F.C.'s Xzaiver Guisla got a free kick in the 30th minute. A collision led to Club Deportivo Águila getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Orlando Flores hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramos Berrio in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Galeas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eléctricos F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ubarna Varsana in the 34th minute. In the 43rd minute, Ubelteso Ribadas made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Galeas. Club Deportivo Águila's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1.

The wind increased when Libardo Fuentes made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubelteso Ribadas in the 57th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Camilo Galeas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joffre Viñambres made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Libardo Fuentes sent off a good shot on target. Camilo Galeas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubelteso Ribadas in the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Ramos Berrio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 71 minutes, Ramos Berrio made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Club Deportivo Águila's Camilo Galeas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Ramos Berrio sped through Club Deportivo Águila's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Camilo Galeas. If Ramos Berrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramos Berrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Galeas having to interfere. Camilo Galeas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramos Berrio in the 87th minute of the match. Joffre Viñambres came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Águila's Libardo Fuentes. But to his dismay, Libardo Fuentes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. If Ramos Berrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
