Veremundo Varona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Jayson Slaughter made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Veremundo Varona was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, ALIANZA 1901's Veremundo Varona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jayson Slaughter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. When Domenic Biggs fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Gordos's protests and gave Domenic Biggs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Domenic Biggs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Veremundo Varona, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 62 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jayson Slaughter was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Los Gordos's Jayson Slaughter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veremundo Varona in the 65th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Veremundo Varona in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jayson Slaughter saved Los Gordos from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Urre Salce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jayson Slaughter was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. The attack was good, but when Urre Salce in the 84th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ward Layton's late challenge caught a ALIANZA 1901's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ward Layton helped the player get up and apologised. Ward Layton hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the ALIANZA 1901 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
