The supporters of Marshrose booed when Brannik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antoine Daniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brice Bergman came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Robert Bambas could save by the left post. Columbus Long's late challenge caught a Brannik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Columbus Long helped the player get up and apologised. Columbus Long hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes, Brannik's Sherwood Rooney shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carson Kilgore came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brannik reached it. With a little luck, Brannik's Robert Bambas got control of the ball when Brice Bergman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carson Kilgore came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Brannik's Domenico Hooper. But to his dismay, Domenico Hooper quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Carson Kilgore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Foster Carrillo in the 22nd minute of the match. Brice Bergman hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goal looked a bit too open when Terrell Daniel came free, but Carson Kilgore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Hooper came free, but Carson Kilgore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Domenico Hooper's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carson Kilgore was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domenico Hooper in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carson Kilgore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norbert Loyd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Carson Kilgore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute of the match, Norbert Loyd got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carson Kilgore was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sammie Laderoute lost his temper 59 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Marshrose fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! Sherwood Rooney walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 64 minutes into the match, Brannik's goal looked a bit too open when Brice Bergman came free, but Robert Bambas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norbert Loyd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carson Kilgore having to interfere. Carson Kilgore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Hooper, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When Brannik's Domenico Hooper in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Charron in the 82nd minute of play forced Brannik's goalkeeper Robert Bambas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Domenico Hooper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carson Kilgore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Charron in the 85th minute of play forced Brannik's goalkeeper Robert Bambas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th match minute, Brannik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terrell Daniel to maneuver through the defense. The Marshrose supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brannik's performance. The match ended with a win for Brannik.
