CD Municipal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Made in Paraguay the free kick. A collision led to CD Municipal getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Lapurdi Collazo hit a great ball. Malvin Pelegrina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geraldo Ayaso having to make a save. Best Killer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geraldo Ayaso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, Made in Paraguay's Best Killer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geraldo Ayaso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Lapurdi Collazo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Modesto Farto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Palle Tazon, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The supporters of Made in Paraguay booed when CD Municipal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mambru Entrala didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Made in Paraguay's Best Killer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geraldo Ayaso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 27th match minute, Made in Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Limia to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes CD Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Mambru Entrala. A sloppy throw-in by Mambru Entrala in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Made in Paraguay's Generosb Gipils. Palle Tazon struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Modesto Farto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Municipal. Made in Paraguay's Modesto Farto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Palle Tazon in the 40th minute of play. When Cresencio Felpeto fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Made in Paraguay's protests and gave Cresencio Felpeto a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Made in Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cresencio Felpeto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulgencio Limia hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Fulgencio Limia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Best Killer to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Malvin Pelegrina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Made in Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Malvin Pelegrina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Made in Paraguay's Geraldo Ayaso threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Best Killer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Best Killer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Geraldo Ayaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CD Municipal! In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Made in Paraguay. Ariel Reboyras stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Geraldo Ayaso. 0-4. In the 67th minute, Made in Paraguay's Best Killer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Geraldo Ayaso. Geraldo Ayaso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. A collision led to Made in Paraguay getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Kaxen Louzara hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Made in Paraguay's Best Killer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geraldo Ayaso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After a rather tough play, CD Municipal's Palle Tazon got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute of the match Ariel Reboyras shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geraldo Ayaso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 80 played minutes Made in Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Cresencio Felpeto. In the 82nd minute, Ariel Reboyras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th match minute, Made in Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Limia to maneuver through the defense. If Malvin Pelegrina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Made in Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iztal Autran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Best Killer kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
