With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeledon Bravain prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, Liga de Quito's goal looked a bit too open when William Álvarez came free, but Zeledon Bravain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Liga de Quito booed when Nacional Potosí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ángel Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Cancel hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Demesio Abalos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional Potosí's supporters rose to their feet, but Demesio Abalos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Bravain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Nacional Potosí's Ángel Ortiz in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zeledon Bravain was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 37 minutes into the match, Liga de Quito's goal looked a bit too open when William Álvarez came free, but Zeledon Bravain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Abecia in the 38th minute of play forced Liga de Quito's goalkeeper Zeledon Bravain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Liga de Quito's goal looked a bit too open when Ángel Ortiz came free, but Zeledon Bravain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Álvarez in the 41st minute of play forced Liga de Quito's goalkeeper Zeledon Bravain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liga de Quito's Zeledon Bravain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Licerio Abad in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute, William Álvarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeledon Bravain was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Anibal Abecia scored 0-5 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Bravain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute Xayveon Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Bravain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeledon Bravain had great luck who in the 75thth minute grab hold of the ball when William Álvarez from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 86th minute Ángel Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Bravain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nacional Potosí's Zeledon Abechuco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Checa Cerezo in the 89th minute of play. Jaunzuria Abarca scored 0-8 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Bravain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isusko Abendano got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 96th minute, Isusko Abendano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Liga de Quito fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nacional Potosí were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
