Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Clemente Barros took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Aurelio Antonioletti got a free kick in the 6th minute. Arthur Leal charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arthur Leal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Club Deportes Santa Cruz booed when Ocean Park Beach FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ocean Park Beach FC's Collin Kerr proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Ocean Park Beach FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 18 minutes, Clemente Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Ocean Park Beach FC's Collin Kerr got control of the ball when Jaime Rufo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ocean Park Beach FC's Collin Kerr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Barros in the 20th minute of play. Clemencín Varas came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Collin Kerr could save by the left post. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ocean Park Beach FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Salomón Alamo was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Deportes Santa Cruz's players had a chance to rest. Jaime Rufo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Collin Kerr firmly grabbed it by the left post. 27 minutes into the match, Ocean Park Beach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Barros came free, but Collin Kerr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Iván Dayson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Teodosio Cerda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo De Rosa in the 29th minute of play. Jaime Rufo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcus Holmberg struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Teodosio Cerda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ocean Park Beach FC. Ocean Park Beach FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Clemente Barros scored to the left of an out of position Collin Kerr, making the score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemencín Varas got free with Collin Kerr in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Collin Kerr made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Jaime Rufo sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, Ocean Park Beach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Rufo came free, but Collin Kerr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Collin Kerr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ocean Park Beach FC's Collin Kerr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Barros in the 60th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Leoncio Mac Lean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walker Stephens's late challenge caught a Club Deportes Santa Cruz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walker Stephens helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Ocean Park Beach FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walker Stephens to maneuver through the defense. Collin Kerr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Rufo in the 71st minute of play. Jaime Rufo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Collin Kerr having to interfere. When Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Clemente Barros in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ocean Park Beach FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Clemente Barros came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Club Deportes Santa Cruz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Barros couldn't finish the play. Collin Kerr stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clemente Barros's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Clemente Barros might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Collin Kerr. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clemente Barros ran back to his position shaking his head.
