Horacio Calvino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Matias Cordarrel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Margarito Santana was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orval Crow in the 11th minute of play forced Informaniaticos's goalkeeper Horacio Calvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Calvino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orval Crow, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When Matias Cordarrel came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Informaniaticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Cordarrel couldn't finish the play. When Horace Vaughn fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flames FC's protests and gave Horace Vaughn a yellow card for diving instead. Margarito Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Cordarrel in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horace Vaughn in the 27th minute of play forced Informaniaticos's goalkeeper Horacio Calvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saturnino Frascuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Margarito Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Flames FC's goalkeeper Margarito Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saturnino Frascuelo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Cordarrel in the 35th minute of play forced Flames FC's goalkeeper Margarito Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horace Vaughn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Hans Lavallée came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Flames FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 56th minute of the match Flames FC got a corner. Informaniaticos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Micheal Burnham ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Informaniaticos getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ciro Luar hit a great ball. Horacio Calvino made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Horace Vaughn sent off a good shot on target. Horace Vaughn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Horacio Calvino made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orval Crow got free with Horacio Calvino in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Margarito Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matias Cordarrel went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Saturnino Frascuelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Horacio Calvino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 85th match minute, Informaniaticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Dorio to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Darin Nunn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saturnino Frascuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Margarito Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
