Jamar Maxwell charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jamar Maxwell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SiTomanBoy´s booed when Santos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamar Maxwell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pere Reinaga's late challenge caught a Santos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pere Reinaga helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd minute Jamar Burton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Alberto Sarfate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, SiTomanBoy´s's Sandro Riesco made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jim Mitchell was left in no man's land by his defense there! 49 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goalkeeper Jim Mitchell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fausto Asendegui. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sandro Riesco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jim Mitchell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Asendegui in the 78th minute of the match. Sebastiano Dalgalarrando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adalberto Larrarte hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Riesco in the 97th minute of play forced Santos FC's goalkeeper Jim Mitchell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 98 minutes into the match, Sebastiano Dalgalarrando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Mitchell. Santos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastiano Dalgalarrando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SiTomanBoy´s fully deserved thier win.
