Xavian Mariño took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Camilo Sesto. Loco Team FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Loco Team FC booed when Atletico de la Rosa CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Revillas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Sagastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Astudillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Xavian Mariño got a free kick in the 39th minute. The audience held their breath when Michel Astudillo in the 42nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Igor Sagastia's left hand side. The Loco Team FC fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Loco Team FC's Michel Astudillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Atletico de la Rosa CF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Loco Team FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Revillas to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Venceslao Olea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Sesto. Loco Team FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Venceslao Olea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Loco Team FC's Armando Labaras was substituted for Michel Astudillo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Labaras in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Sagastia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Timoteo Urtueta charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timoteo Urtueta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico de la Rosa CF's zone, Ubelteso Gainzarain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Sagastia came out of the goal and Ubelteso Gainzarain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
