Spectators: 173 (Terracing: 130, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fletcher Lund started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Fletcher Lund notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of American Airlines's Lumír Vosecký. Lumír Vosecký was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. John Profesor kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Segundo Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luke Skywalker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lumír Vosecký made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Yurin in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Houston Floyd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Kristofer Loyd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Houston Floyd came free, but Segundo Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 21 in the game by Fletcher Lund from a close distance when the talented Lumír Vosecký managed to make a qualified save. American Airlines's players were relieved. Segundo Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristofer Loyd in the 26th minute of the match. If Diogo Yurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ayrton Senna came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the New England Minas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ayrton Senna couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the game, Kristofer Loyd cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Segundo Gol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Houston Floyd came free, but Segundo Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the New England Minas defense, George Costanza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Segundo Gol. The New England Minas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Gol should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Houston Floyd came free, but Segundo Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Mario Madel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when John Profesor put in a rough tackle. George Costanza shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The New England Minas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. American Airlines were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Houston Floyd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Houston Floyd got free with Segundo Gol in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 54 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Yurin came free, but Lumír Vosecký reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Houston Floyd kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Ayrton Senna's late challenge caught a American Airlines's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayrton Senna helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Ayrton Senna got a free kick in the 58th minute. Segundo Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Houston Floyd in the 58th minute. 63 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when George Costanza came free, but Segundo Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Costanza in the 66th minute of play. Stewart Francis's late challenge caught a American Airlines's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stewart Francis helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Stewart Francis got a free kick in the 68th minute. Houston Floyd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diogo Yurin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The New England Minas fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when New England Minas's Ayrton Senna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luke Skywalker received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Segundo Gol came out and tried to block the shot, but Luke Skywalker slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 74th minute. Houston Floyd struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Segundo Gol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for American Airlines. Wilfredo Middleton kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Segundo Gol made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Kristofer Loyd sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Costanza in the 87th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Segundo Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, American Airlines's Houston Floyd ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Segundo Gol. Segundo Gol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5. With a little luck, New England Minas's Segundo Gol got control of the ball when Kristofer Loyd tried to sneak it across the goal line. American Airlines's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
