An unexpectedly hard shot by Tavio Prus in the 3rd minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Segundo Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Castells came free, but Segundo Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Castells in the 6th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Segundo Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Terrilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diogo Yurin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cecilio Castells in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Segundo Gol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fire Breathers FC's Anacleto Terrilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Fire Breathers FC from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Fidensio Arranz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Terrilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayrton Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New England Minas's Segundo Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Castells in the 24th minute of play. Anacleto Terrilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fletcher Lund in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Fire Breathers FC's Anacleto Terrilla got control of the ball when Fletcher Lund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fletcher Lund in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anacleto Terrilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Txaran Porta hit a great ball. New England Minas's Fletcher Lund shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 34th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anacleto Terrilla but with some difficulty. 36 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Middleton came free, but Anacleto Terrilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waylon McQueen kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Fletcher Lund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Anacleto Terrilla made a huge save. Fletcher Lund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Anacleto Terrilla when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Segundo Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tavio Prus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New England Minas's Segundo Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidensio Arranz in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of Fire Breathers FC booed when New England Minas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Profesor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind New England Minas's goalkeeper Segundo Gol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The New England Minas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fire Breathers FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fletcher Lund made a kick off. New England Minas's Segundo Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tavio Prus in the 56th minute of play. Segundo Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cecilio Castells in the 57th minute. A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Bernard Lizarazu hit a great ball. Segundo Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Txaran Porta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fletcher Lund in the 67th minute of play forced Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Terrilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Gol made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Fidensio Arranz sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute Ayrton Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Terrilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Terrilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ayrton Senna went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goalkeeper Segundo Gol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Castells. 74 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Tavio Prus came free, but Segundo Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jatsu Tixido kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Anacleto Terrilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fletcher Lund in the 92nd minute of play. Segundo Gol came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Fire Breathers FC's Cecilio Castells. But to his dismay, Cecilio Castells quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fire Breathers FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
