Luis Ibarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Vogrinčič, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6thth minute of the game Enzo Vogrinčič who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Ibarra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Loreto Abaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Erasto Quizan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Ibarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Vogrinčič in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Enzo Vogrinčič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Ibarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Arotza Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasto Quizan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Playa Malvín's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Alessandro Abajas scored to the left of an out of position Erasto Quizan, making the score, 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Gauargi Molleda made a precise shot to the right of Luis Ibarra. Kalatakaya F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Luis Ibarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Vogrinčič, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Percy Colque tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Isidoro Balcells was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Playa Malvín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kalatakaya F.C. the free kick. With a little luck, Playa Malvín's Erasto Quizan got control of the ball when Alessandro Abajas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alessandro Abajas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Erasto Quizan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loreto Abaurre in the 36th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Erasto Quizan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Rea. Luis Ibarra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enzo Vogrinčič went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After the first half Playa Malvín were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Loreto Abaurre to strike the kick off in the second half. When Alessandro Abajas came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Kalatakaya F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Abajas couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Arotza Abajas got a free kick in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kalatakaya F.C.'s zone, Enzo Vogrinčič stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Ibarra came out of the goal and Enzo Vogrinčič tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enzo Vogrinčič in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Ibarra saved Kalatakaya F.C. from getting behind. A collision led to Kalatakaya F.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Arotza Abajas hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Luis Ibarra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Vogrinčič. In the 69th minute Alessandro Abajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasto Quizan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Etxahun Abastas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Erasto Quizan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Abascal in the 74th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Erasto Quizan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enzo Vogrinčič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luis Ibarra made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Enzo Vogrinčič sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th match minute, Kalatakaya F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etxahun Abastas to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute of the match Playa Malvín got a corner. Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alberino Riesco ran over to the corner to take the kick. Playa Malvín's Alberino Riesco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luis Ibarra in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efren Domao got free with Luis Ibarra in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Playa Malvín getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Rodas Para hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Gauargi Molleda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Ibarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Playa Malvín had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
