When Garip İbrahimoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Cappadocia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garip İbrahimoğlu couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Reis Tunca took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Engin Özsungur to make any attempt to save it. Engin Özsungur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reis Tunca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ÇALIMLI booed when Cappadocia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakkı Deniz Batır didn't get a good kick on the ball. Engin Özsungur was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Reis Tunca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Reis Tunca really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 28th minute of the match Hakkı Deniz Batır sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ertuğrul Rasi skillfully saved the ball. Reis Tunca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Engin Özsungur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 played minutes ÇALIMLI got a freekick which was hit by Berker Fırıncıoğlu. In the 37th match minute, Cappadocia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Deniz Batır to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Ege Yaşar kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Ertuğrul Rasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tan Yatman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tan Yatman was the one to do the kick off. With 53 minutes on the clock, Şanver Erincer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ÇALIMLI! The referee gave Cappadocia FC a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Garip İbrahimoğlu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ÇALIMLI's Ertuğrul Rasi. 2-1. Engin Özsungur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reis Tunca in the 59th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Reis Tunca made a precise shot to the right of Engin Özsungur. Cappadocia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Ertuğrul Rasi came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Cappadocia FC's Tan Yatman. But to his dismay, Tan Yatman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tan Yatman during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cappadocia FC's Tan Yatman got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, ÇALIMLI's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gürkan Yiğit fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cappadocia FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ÇALIMLI.
