The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilla Kağan Memduh in the 2nd minute of play forced CAN ERZURUM's goalkeeper Hilmi Yücetekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Saip İltemiz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hilmi Yücetekin. That made the score 2-0 in the 9 minute of play. After a rather tough play, CAN ERZURUM's Cankut Bakanay got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 15 minutes, Yavuz Bülent İftihar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KuZeYYıLDıZı Cheat Hunter and the CAN ERZURUM players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hilmi Yücetekin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bilgin Yenisey made a kick off. KuZeYYıLDıZı Cheat Hunter's Ali Numan Hayal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cankut Bakanay in the 53rd minute of play. Hilmi Yücetekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilla Kağan Memduh in the 56th minute of play. Hilmi Yücetekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsmail Orhun Yiğitcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilla Kağan Memduh in the 60th minute of play forced CAN ERZURUM's goalkeeper Hilmi Yücetekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hilmi Yücetekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilla Kağan Memduh in the 62nd minute of the match. With a left leg Hilmi Yücetekin saved CAN ERZURUM from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samet Gümüş during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th match minute, CAN ERZURUM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samet Gümüş to maneuver through the defense.
