SARI ZEYBEK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eray Sefer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Güney Dokuzoğlu hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the game, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Eray Sefer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Atıf Aktan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Muharrem Baytekin's late challenge caught a SARI ZEYBEK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Muharrem Baytekin helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ got a freekick which was hit by Muharrem Baytekin. Şemsettin Tanaltay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fevzi Oyal's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Cem Macit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the game, Eray Sefer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SARI ZEYBEK the free kick. The supporters of SARI ZEYBEK booed when Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eray Sefer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mustafa Orhan Cesur fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Ali Atıf Aktan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute Ömer Rıza Zeyrek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Atıf Aktan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Atıf Aktan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eray Sefer in the 41st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Güney Dokuzoğlu got free with Şemsettin Tanaltay in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Şemsettin Tanaltay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fevzi Oyal, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

After 55 played minutes SARI ZEYBEK got a freekick which was hit by Özgür Egesel. Ömer Rıza Zeyrek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Ali Atıf Aktan made a huge save. 58 minutes into the game, Hakkı İrfan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SARI ZEYBEK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ the free kick. Hakkı İrfan kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, SARI ZEYBEK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Talip Aktemur to maneuver through the defense. SARI ZEYBEK's Ali Atıf Aktan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save SARI ZEYBEK from getting a goal against them. If Güney Dokuzoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şemsettin Tanaltay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güney Dokuzoğlu in the 73rd minute of the match. Hakkı İrfan hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. SARI ZEYBEK's Poyraz İstanbul was substituted for Talip Aktemur. SARI ZEYBEK's Yağızhan Yavuzalp was substituted for Abayhan Şencan. After a rather tough play, SARI ZEYBEK's Hakkı İrfan got a free kick in the 80th minute. Şemsettin Tanaltay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fevzi Oyal in the 82nd minute of the match. Fevzi Oyal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şemsettin Tanaltay having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fevzi Oyal in the 93rd minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Şemsettin Tanaltay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
