The referee ignored Surahammar's protests and gave Alf Lindmark a yellow card for diving instead. Nicklas Hjortberg scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Månsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Alliance's Adrian Månsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Rudberg in the 24th minute of play. After 73 played minutes Nicklas Hjortberg rounded The Alliance's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. 77 minutes into the match, The Alliance's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Beck came free, but Adrian Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
