Timmy Albohm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uno Gadd in the 3rd minute of the match. BK Ugglan's Timmy Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristoffer Kråk in the 15th minute of play. Carl Samuelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Olenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, BK Ugglan's goal looked a bit too open when Uno Gadd came free, but Timmy Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes, Börje Ahlstedt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mountainhammer United and the BK Ugglan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mountainhammer United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uno Gadd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tor Ek during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 42 minutes into the game, Ingvar Vassenius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Ugglan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mountainhammer United the free kick. In the 43rd minute, Uno Gadd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Mountainhammer United getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Kristoffer Kråk hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Uno Gadd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carl Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Bergsten in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 minutes, Jens-Ove Stenström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mountainhammer United and the BK Ugglan players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of BK Ugglan booed when Mountainhammer United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Stenström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Christian Olenberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mountainhammer United's Carl Samuelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christian Olenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Carl Samuelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute of the match Bernt Nyman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carl Samuelsson skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Mountainhammer United getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Uno Gadd hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes Mountainhammer United got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Molander. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakarias Bergsten in the 94th minute of play forced Mountainhammer United's goalkeeper Carl Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 played minutes BK Ugglan got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Biörnberg. Despite being the better team, Mountainhammer United failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
