Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hugo Rudqvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Hugo Rudqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th match minute, Köping was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Tinglöv to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Olof Fågel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Köping defense, Douglas Stenkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulf Wallman. The Köping fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulf Wallman should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute Ivan Kvick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvald Albom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Köping booed when The Skates was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Dalkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Skates's Osvald Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Strand in the 34th minute of play. Ulf Wallman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Håning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, The Skates's Alvin Billberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rickard Håning stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickard Håning in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulf Wallman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, The Skates's Osvald Albom got control of the ball when Rudolf Tinglöv tried to sneak it across the goal line. Köping's Ulf Wallman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Håning in the 60th minute of play. When The Skates's Rickard Håning in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Köping's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Köping's Torsten Engström got a free kick in the 64th minute. Sven-Åke Backlund took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulf Wallman. Köping's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Köping booed when The Skates was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Skytt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulf Wallman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Billberg in the 82nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torsten Engström during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of The Skates booed when Köping was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Engström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvin Billberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The The Skates fans cheered their team off the field, for while Köping had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
