Per Stigsson started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Gunnarsbyn booed when Bispmotala BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Olsmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Gunnarsbyn's Kjell-Arne Deckberg tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Leif Söderberg struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Christer Wallgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gunnarsbyn. In the 8th minute, Andreas Wennerström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bispmotala BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute Rune Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Termander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Wennerström in the 16th minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sören Termander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rune Brandt went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 26th minute, Andreas Wennerström made a precise shot to the right of Sören Termander. Gunnarsbyn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Kent Lindmark scored 0-5 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sören Termander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sören Termander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Brandt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Bispmotala BK were awarded a corner. Stig-Åke Lundkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. Christer Wallgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leif Söderberg in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The crowd rose to their feet as Joakim Eriksson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sören Termander. That made the score 1-10 in the 94 minute of play. The supporters of Gunnarsbyn booed when Bispmotala BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Lindmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Bispmotala BK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gunnarsbyn.
