Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gert Skålberg started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Flock of Eagles booed when Finninge Fotboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Vallmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Karl-Erik Algren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Finninge Fotboll's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flock of Eagles the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Finninge Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Erik Algren to maneuver through the defense. A well done corner resulted in Christoffer Wassenius drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Finninge Fotboll's goalkeeper. 12 minutes into the game, Flock of Eagles's Gert Skålberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Magne Axelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 17 minutes, Gert Skålberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flock of Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gert Skålberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Magne Axelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Skålberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Håkan Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Flock of Eagles getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Eric Dahlberg hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Flock of Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when John Larsson came free, but Otto Linqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flock of Eagles's Otto Linqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Flock of Eagles from getting a goal against them. Magne Axelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Håkan Holm in the 41st minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

54 minutes into the match, Flock of Eagles's Gert Skålberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Magne Axelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Flock of Eagles booed when Finninge Fotboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Askberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Finninge Fotboll's Magne Axelsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Finninge Fotboll from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Finninge Fotboll's Ivan Hääger got a free kick in the 66th minute. 0-4 became the score in the 67th minute when Gert Skålberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Finninge Fotboll's zone, Håkan Holm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Axelsson came out of the goal and Håkan Holm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Flock of Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Åke Jakobsson came free, but Otto Linqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Flock of Eagles booed when Finninge Fotboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Hääger didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Håkan Holm fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flock of Eagles's protests and gave Håkan Holm a yellow card for diving instead. Otto Linqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Otto Linqvist came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Finninge Fotboll's Karl-Åke Jakobsson. But to his dismay, Karl-Åke Jakobsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Magne Axelsson made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Håkan Holm sent off a good shot on target. The Finninge Fotboll supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Flock of Eagles's performance. The match ended with a win for Flock of Eagles.
