Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Simon Drake started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute of the match Dick Danielsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixten Tunström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Åke Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Majman in the 16th minute of play. Åke Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixten Tunström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Åberg in the 19th minute of play. Åke Björling made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Simon Drake sent off a good shot on target. After 22 minutes, Jack Eklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Motala and the Pepsi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jack Eklund kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Pepsi FC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 24th minute of the game, when Charlie Kling after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Motala's goal. Charlie Kling was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Motala's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Oskar Jakobsson came free, but Åke Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pepsi FC's Benjamin Petersson got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute of the match Anton Åberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixten Tunström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Knut Backlund could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Åke Björling however easily saved by the left post. 37 minutes into the match, Motala's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Oskar Jakobsson came free, but Åke Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åke Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Oskar Jakobsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th match minute, Pepsi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Stålberg to maneuver through the defense. Åke Björling was a little too slow when Sonny Majman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jack Eklund was the one to do the kick off. Motala's Åke Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Oskar Jakobsson in the 54th minute of play. Åke Björling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Majman in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Motala's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Drake came free, but Åke Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åke Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Åke Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Stålberg in the 60th minute of play. Åke Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Drake in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Simon Drake ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Åke Björling was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Olov Majman kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Simon Drake recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Arvin Uggstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Motala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pepsi FC the free kick. Simon Drake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Björling having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Reine Wallander got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 88 minutes of play, Pepsi FC's Simon Drake made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Björling was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jack Eklunds short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Sixten Tunström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arvin Uggstedt hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match Charlie Kling sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Åke Björling skillfully saved the ball. Åke Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonny Majman, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pepsi FC had played much better football throughout.
