Edvin Lindblom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rickard Springfält in the 3rd minute. Walter Jönsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Sillén in the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ralles Bollklubb's zone, Karl-Åke Galle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Jönsson came out of the goal and Karl-Åke Galle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Torbjörn Sillén made a precise shot to the right of Walter Jönsson. Ralles Bollklubb's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Walter Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Sillén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Löfskog in the 30th minute of play forced Malmö Torpedos's goalkeeper Edvin Lindblom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Jönsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Sillén in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Ralles Bollklubb getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lars Wållander hit a great ball. After 35 played minutes, Malmö Torpedos's Alfred Brandin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Walter Jönsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Malmö Torpedos reached it. When Malmö Torpedos's Torbjörn Sillén in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 46th play minutes Torbjörn Sillén shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Walter Jönsson and just under the crossbar into goal. The Ralles Bollklubb players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Malmö Torpedos were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torbjörn Sillén made a kick off. Anders Andreasson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Walter Jönsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torbjörn Sillén in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Jönsson saved Ralles Bollklubb from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Anders Andreasson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Jönsson. Ralles Bollklubb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anders Andreasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 60 minutes into the game, Malmö Torpedos's Karl-Åke Galle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walter Jönsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Walter Jönsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torbjörn Sillén's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. A collision led to Malmö Torpedos getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Einar Rolfsson hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Malmö Torpedos's Torbjörn Sillén slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walter Jönsson. That made the score 0-7 after 71 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torbjörn Sillén in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Jönsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Torbjörn Sillén's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Walter Jönsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Anders Andreasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malmö Torpedos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anders Andreasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Walter Jönsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Sillén in the 85th minute of play. Anders Andreasson kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torbjörn Sillén got free with Walter Jönsson in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torbjörn Sillén in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Jönsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Malmö Torpedos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
