After 8 minutes, Rickard Springfält made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Pepsi's Elliott Wickander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bo Pååk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Walter Jönsson managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when FC Pepsi's Bo Pååk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Ralles Bollklubb getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Lars Wållander hit a great ball. If Bo Pååk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johan Löfskog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Björn Jonasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Wickander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Pepsi's Rickard Lööf got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 47 minutes into the game, Per-Olof Wallman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ralles Bollklubb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Pepsi the free kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valdemar Nässén to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Löfskog in the 53rd minute of play forced FC Pepsi's goalkeeper Elliott Wickander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Olof Wallman hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Valdemar Nässén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ralles Bollklubb's Jerry Karlsson got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 63 minutes, Wiktor Västerberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Pepsi and the Ralles Bollklubb players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Pepsi getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. After having played for 66 minutes, Bo Pååk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pepsi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo Pååk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Bo Pååk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Pepsi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The supporters of Ralles Bollklubb booed when FC Pepsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Pååk didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Pepsi's Elliott Wickander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Löfskog in the 76th minute of play. Valdemar Nässén struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Walter Jönsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Pepsi. Elliott Wickander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Löfskog in the 83rd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Johan Löfskog recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elliott Wickander. Johan Löfskog showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rickard Springfält got free with Elliott Wickander in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute, Johnny Dalström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Pepsi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ralles Bollklubb had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
