After 11 minutes, Calle Askberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Söderhall and the Northland Vikings players grew even worse after the yellow card. 14 minutes into the match, Calle Askberg notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Northland Vikings's Björn Markusson. Björn Markusson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Björn Markusson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Brian Norberg. 21 minutes into the match, Sten Lund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Björn Markusson. Northland Vikings's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sten Lund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Calle Askberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Björn Markusson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Björn Markusson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calle Askberg's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Northland Vikings's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Askberg came free, but Björn Markusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Calle Askberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Björn Markusson, 4-0. In the 36th minute, Söderhall's Bengt Lenberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Björn Markusson. Björn Markusson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Calle Askberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Björn Markusson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Northland Vikings's Björn Markusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Lenberg in the 41st minute of play. Björn Markusson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Calle Askberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 43 minute of play. Northland Vikings's Björn Markusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calle Askberg in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Söderhall made a substitution. Alf Gudmundsson replaced Bengt Lenberg. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olov Fors was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Söderhall's Algot Tingberg got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 57th minute Sten Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Markusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Björn Markusson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Calle Askberg went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score.
