Filiph Wallander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Askelöf came free, but Jonas Gustavsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilhelm Askelöf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jonas Gustavsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manfred Wallin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Finman's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Stardust Unicorns XI's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Finman came free, but Manfred Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Arsenal FC defense, Karl-Åke Bock kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonas Gustavsson. The Arsenal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Gustavsson should have stopped the shot. Manfred Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Finman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manfred Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Finman, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Christer Löv was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 42 minutes into the match. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arsenal FC! The referee gave Stardust Unicorns XI a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rudolf Larsfält, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arsenal FC's Jonas Gustavsson. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The wind increased when Wilhelm Askelöf made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Mark Flink kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Manfred Wallin. That made the score 3-1 in the 55 minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Flink to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Per-Erik Martinsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stardust Unicorns XI's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Erik Martinsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Gustavsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 minutes, Bengt Kinnman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal FC and the Stardust Unicorns XI players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karl-Erik Dahlberg's late challenge caught a Arsenal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Erik Dahlberg helped the player get up and apologised. Karl-Erik Dahlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jonas Gustavsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilhelm Askelöf went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute Wilhelm Askelöf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Gustavsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Flink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Karl-Åke Bock fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stardust Unicorns XI's protests and gave Karl-Åke Bock a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, Stardust Unicorns XI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Åke Bock to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Askelöf came free, but Jonas Gustavsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manfred Wallin came out of the goal and Mark Flink tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Stardust Unicorns XI had played much better football throughout.
