The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gärsnäs BF's Walter Drewitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Wennerqvist in the 51st minute of play. In the 60th minute, Billy Brolin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gärsnäs BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Berg in the 71st minute of play forced Björkö BK's goalkeeper Filip Winström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elliott Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Filip Winström made a huge save. The supporters of Björkö BK booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Västerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walter Drewitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Persson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
