Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jan-Erik Mårtensson started the match with the kick off. Kent Valler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Erik Mårtensson in the 5th minute. The Höglunda IK fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Höglunda IK's Jan-Erik Mårtensson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Karl-Erik Ahlstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Norberg in the 16th minute of the match. Freddie Fredriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Kent Valler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ⒻC SⓌAG's Kent Valler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save ⒻC SⓌAG from getting a goal against them. Otto Hjälm hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. If Freddie Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Freddie Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Valler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Höglunda IK's Jan-Erik Mårtensson got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Herbert Norberg in the 33rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Henning Snäll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Freddie Fredriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Höglunda IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddie Fredriksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kent Valler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Herbert Norberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Höglunda IK's Freddie Fredriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kent Valler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddie Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Herbert Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, ⒻC SⓌAG's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Erik Mårtensson came free, but Kent Valler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kent Valler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddie Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ⒻC SⓌAG's Henning Snäll slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl-Erik Ahlstedt. That made the score 2-1 after 92 minutes of play. Freddie Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to ⒻC SⓌAG getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Otto Hjälm hit a great ball. Freddie Fredriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Kent Valler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Höglunda IK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
