Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Charlie Lind kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Patric Löfgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thomas Ravelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 6 minutes, Charlie Lind mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Segmon IF and the Gnaget AIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Charlie Lind kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Segmon IF's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Möller in the 9th minute of play. After 10 minutes, Jens-Åke Tingelholm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Segmon IF and the Gnaget AIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes Segmon IF got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Tingelholm. Thomas Ravelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Arne Nordin in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Fredrik Örtlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emanuel Blomkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to Gnaget AIK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Patric Löfgren hit a great ball. Jakob Brovall hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Charlie Lind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ove Hellström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute Sven-Arne Nordin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Ravelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Ravelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patric Löfgren went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Emanuel Blomkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomas Ravelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Arne Nordin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Emanuel Blomkvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ove Hellström could save by the left post. Ove Hellström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charlie Lind in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charlie Lind in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ove Hellström saved Gnaget AIK from getting behind. After the first half Gnaget AIK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patric Löfgren to make the kick off. Segmon IF's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Arne Nordin in the 57th minute of play. Ove Hellström came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Segmon IF's Charlie Lind. But to his dismay, Charlie Lind quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sten Wallander in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Ravelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Segmon IF's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Wallander in the 84th minute of play. When Karl-Åke Ahlroth fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gnaget AIK's protests and gave Karl-Åke Ahlroth a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th match minute, Gnaget AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Åke Ahlroth to maneuver through the defense. Gnaget AIK's Jonathan Lindqvist was substituted for Karl-Åke Ahlroth. The supporters of Segmon IF booed when Gnaget AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Åke Ahlroth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Lindqvist hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute Tomas Brolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segmon IF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
