When Rikard Stenquist came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Hudiksvalls United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rikard Stenquist couldn't finish the play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the game, Ivar Biörk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Josef Qvalfeldt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Patric Melin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rasmus Sjögren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Ove Biörling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Stenquist in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Arvid Rosén was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ramvik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hudiksvalls United the free kick. The supporters of Hudiksvalls United booed when Ramvik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvid Rosén didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 minutes of play Ramvik's Arvid Rosén was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Ramvik's Arvid Rosén got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ramvik's zone, Rikard Stenquist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Ove Biörling came out of the goal and Rikard Stenquist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rikard Stenquist made a kick off. Sebastian Christoffersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd play minute Jonny Almqvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Karl-Ove Biörling. 2-1. Ramvik's Rasmus Sjögren got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rikard Stenquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Karl-Ove Biörling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Ove Biörling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonny Almqvist in the 76th minute. In the 76th match minute, Ramvik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Biörk to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivar Biörk during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ramvik's Ivar Biörk got a free kick in the 80th minute. A collision led to Hudiksvalls United getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Jonny Almqvist hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasmus Sjögren in the 89th minute of play forced Hudiksvalls United's goalkeeper Josef Qvalfeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rasmus Sjögren took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Josef Qvalfeldt. Josef Qvalfeldt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The Ramvik players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
