Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kim Ugla made the kick off which started today's match. Karl-Erik Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Fristedt in the 6th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, Rank 1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Lundström to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rank 1 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Kim Ugla hit a great ball. Johan Fristedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute Morgan Flinck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sundborn IF booed when Rank 1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Olof Utter didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's Johan Fristedt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Erik Andersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Morgan Flinck scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Erik Andersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Sundborn IF booed when Rank 1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Morgan Flinck fired a really elegant long shot, but Karl-Erik Andersson threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. After 65 minutes, Ingvar Hellström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rank 1 and the Sundborn IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Dag Häll got a free kick in the 76th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kim Ugla in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rikard Lekberg saved Sundborn IF from getting behind. Sundborn IF's Håkan Larsson got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Erik Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Hellström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
