The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marc Albom's late challenge caught a Hogans Heroes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Albom helped the player get up and apologised. André Olenberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Haglund went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 10 minutes into the match, Hogans Heroes's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Andersson came free, but Kristian Stålberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Marc Albom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Stålberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hogans Heroes's Kristian Stålberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patric Bergman in the 15th minute of play. Kristian Stålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Albom in the 17th minute of the match. Karl Felin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Rutger Enström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Aleksander Söderqwist fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hogans Heroes's protests and gave Aleksander Söderqwist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Aleksander Söderqwist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André Olenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Haglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of TSIGALKO booed when Hogans Heroes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalle Kruse didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute Sten Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Stålberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Olenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Haglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Marc Albom who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Kristian Stålberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcus Haglund to make the kick off. Thor Mager's late challenge caught a TSIGALKO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Albom in the 75th minute of play forced Hogans Heroes's goalkeeper Kristian Stålberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristian Stålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Albom in the 82nd minute of the match. When TSIGALKO's Marc Albom in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kristian Stålberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sten Johnsson went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. TSIGALKO had won after a very even match.
