Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Brothers of Mercy's Stefan Landin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Karl-Johan Söderberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Brothers of Mercy's zone, Georg Åkerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. August Frykberg came out of the goal and Georg Åkerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute Stefan Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Göran Klint hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. With 18 minutes on the clock, Per Kjellbom commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 18th match minute, StraX Xenon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Kjellbom to maneuver through the defense. Rasmus Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Brodin in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Brothers of Mercy's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Sjöö came free, but August Frykberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. August Frykberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Stefan Landin made a precise shot to the right of Rasmus Larsson. StraX Xenon FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Stefan Landin took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rasmus Larsson. Rasmus Larsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Rasmus Larsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Johan Söderberg went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Brothers of Mercy's Göran Klint got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 44th match minute, StraX Xenon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. Gustav Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Frykberg having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Alexander Göransson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Rasmus Larsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, StraX Xenon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Johan Söderberg came free, but Rasmus Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Dennis Sjöö got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rasmus Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Johan Söderberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Gustav Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. August Frykberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Brothers of Mercy's Rasmus Larsson threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Göran Klint, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rasmus Larsson was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Göran Klint capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Göran Klint really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. When Gustav Jansson fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored StraX Xenon FC's protests and gave Gustav Jansson a yellow card for diving instead. Gustav Jansson hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Rasmus Larsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Landin went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Brothers of Mercy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
