Sverker Mellbad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Lindholm in the 4th minute of play. Osvald Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Norström, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Osvald Åberg came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Here Comes the Hammer's Leo Norström. But to his dismay, Leo Norström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Osvald Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Vedholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Roy Hellkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osvald Åberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of HEDONISM U18 booed when Here Comes the Hammer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ted Kihlman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Roy Hellkvist fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Here Comes the Hammer's protests and gave Roy Hellkvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Roy Hellkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvald Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Vedholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After a rather tough play, Here Comes the Hammer's Joseph Cane got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Gunnar Nordmark left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HEDONISM U18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Osvald Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Cane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Here Comes the Hammer getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Roy Hellkvist hit a great ball. Birger Stabbe charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birger Stabbe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Gunnar Nordmark came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the HEDONISM U18 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gunnar Nordmark couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ove Vase made a kick off. Sverker Mellbad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Vase, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Here Comes the Hammer's Sverker Mellbad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Jakobsson in the 59th minute of play. Fritz Vedholms short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Osvald Åberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Joseph Cane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Fritz Vedholm reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Osvald Åberg. The goal made the score 1-2. Osvald Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Cane, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Roy Hellkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvald Åberg having to interfere. Osvald Åberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joseph Cane went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score.
