Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Sverker Mellbad successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Gustav Jansson made the kick off in the second half. Joseph Cane might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rasmus Larsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joseph Cane ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 55th minute, Gustav Jansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sverker Mellbad was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Hans Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Here Comes the Hammer getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Leo Norström hit a great ball. Joseph Cane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasmus Larsson having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Here Comes the Hammer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Hellkvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Gustav Jansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sverker Mellbad was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Klas Termander hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When Jack Beckström fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Here Comes the Hammer's protests and gave Jack Beckström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, Jack Beckström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. StraX Xenon FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
