Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) In the 2nd minute, Karl Dahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Erik Pihlblad kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Arne Björklund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kjell-Arne Palmquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Folke Alebom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stockholm IF's Kjell-Arne Palmquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixten Sundberg in the 15th minute of play. Kjell-Arne Palmquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Björklund in the 17th minute of play. When Folke Alebom fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stockholm IF's protests and gave Folke Alebom a yellow card for diving instead. The referee ignored JKs Talanger's protests and gave Arne Björklund a yellow card for diving instead. Arne Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Karl Dahlquist took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matthias Fransson. Matthias Fransson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Matthias Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Stålberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Folke Alebom kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When JKs Talanger's Sixten Sundberg in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stockholm IF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th match minute, Stockholm IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Dahlquist to maneuver through the defense. Stockholm IF's Karl Dahlquist got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixten Sundberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Andreas Stålberg notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of JKs Talanger's Matthias Fransson. Matthias Fransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Sixten Sundberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Kjell-Arne Palmquist to make any attempt to save it. Sixten Sundberg struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Kjell-Arne Palmquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JKs Talanger. 83 minutes into the game, Sixten Sundberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kjell-Arne Palmquist. Sixten Sundberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. When Jens Salkvist fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stockholm IF's protests and gave Jens Salkvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Jens Salkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sixten Sundberg got free with Kjell-Arne Palmquist in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
