With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Odén in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Wallin saved Brutal DeLuxe from getting behind. In the 14th minute, Sverker Mellbad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvar Larsson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Valentin Odén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Wallin having to interfere. Brutal DeLuxe's Jan Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Enström in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Kim Enström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scrotum Kickers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Valentin Odén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brutal DeLuxe's Jan Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Odén in the 37th minute of play. Valentin Odén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jan Wallin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Brutal DeLuxe got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Almqvist. After the first half Scrotum Kickers FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harald Pihlberg to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Harald Pihlberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Pihlberg in the 55th minute of play forced Scrotum Kickers FC's goalkeeper Sven Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvar Larsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Scrotum Kickers FC's Sven Palmquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Pihlberg in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Kim Enström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scrotum Kickers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kim Enström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Wallin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Odén, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, Scrotum Kickers FC's Jörgen Stephansson got a free kick in the 69th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kim Enström got free with Jan Wallin in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valentin Odén was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 81st minute. Scrotum Kickers FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
