Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) 3 minutes into the game, Vänge IF's Tor Njurenius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pelle Andreasson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Pelle Andreasson made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Tor Njurenius sent off a good shot on target. Strömsbro IF's Pelle Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Barck in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the Vänge IF defense, Bernt Löfskog kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ola Lööf. The Vänge IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ola Lööf should have stopped the shot. Jens-Ola Lööf didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Strömsbro IF's Ivan Billberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Hannes Barck charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hannes Barck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Strömsbro IF booed when Vänge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Barck didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vänge IF's zone, Ivan Billberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ola Lööf came out of the goal and Ivan Billberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jens-Ola Lööf didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jörn Hermansson went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Ivan Billberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Ola Lööf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivan Billberg ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Strömsbro IF booed when Vänge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Ahlquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan-Erik Ingemarsson charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Erik Ingemarsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan-Erik Ingemarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tor Njurenius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hjalmar Ahlén hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ivan Billberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Ola Lööf having to make a save. In the 55th minute of the match, Ivan Billberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jens-Ola Lööf was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 60 played minutes Vänge IF got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Ahlquist. In the 62nd minute, Jörn Hermansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Strömsbro IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sune Tunström during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sune Tunström hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Ivan Billberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustav Ahlquist's late challenge caught a Strömsbro IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Ahlquist helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivan Billberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jens-Ola Lööf. That made the score 1-6 in the 81 minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Strömsbro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Erik Ingemarsson to maneuver through the defense. Walter Bark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelle Andreasson having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Oskar Pihlgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strömsbro IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vänge IF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Strömsbro IF's Oskar Pihlgren got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
