Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonatan Bryngelsson started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Elefanterna's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Lundqvist came free, but Axel Häll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Häll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Brandt in the 12th minute of play. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jens-Erik Biörk sped through Elefanterna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Axel Häll. After having played for 17 minutes, Jens-Erik Biörk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honung's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Erik Biörk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jens-Erik Biörk in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Axel Häll saved Elefanterna from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Bryngelsson in the 27th minute of play forced Honung's goalkeeper Valdemar Granberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Jens-Erik Biörk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honung fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Valdemar Granberg made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Sivert Ström sent off a good shot on target. If Paul Pihlblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 39 minutes into the game, when Thor Snell put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Elefanterna getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Thor Snell hit a great ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Patric Ambjörnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honung's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patric Ambjörnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45thth minute of the game Jens-Erik Biörk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elefanterna's Axel Häll was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jens-Erik Biörk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Johnny Joensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Axel Häll was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Erik Biörk in the 54th minute of play forced Elefanterna's goalkeeper Axel Häll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Honung's Johnny Joensson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Axel Häll. Axel Häll yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfred Vikström during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfred Vikström kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Valdemar Granberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Bryngelsson in the 90th minute of play. Axel Häll stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnny Joensson's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Honung walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
