Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Michael Berg took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Linköpings AIK booed when DIF LEEDS BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Valström didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Petter Billberg came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Linköpings AIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petter Billberg couldn't finish the play. Jonatan Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes, Michael Berg made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Linköpings AIK's Jonatan Andersson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdemar Fransson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

It was a penalty for DIF LEEDS BK! Petter Billberg placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 76th minute, Michael Berg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DIF LEEDS BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 81 minutes into the match, Verner Fredriksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonatan Andersson. Linköpings AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Verner Fredriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Fredriksson in the 88th minute of play forced Linköpings AIK's goalkeeper Jonatan Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes Linköpings AIK got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Åke Thidén. If Verner Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute.
