Gottfrid Almkvist started the match with the kick off. Viggo Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Larsfält, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Johansson hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Leo Sjöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Viggo Berg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gottfrid Almkvist's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Gottfrid Almkvist notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Wyoming Cowboys's Viggo Berg. Viggo Berg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wyoming Cowboys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gottfrid Almkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With 44 minutes on the clock, Edvin Jönsätt commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wyoming Cowboys! Alexander Magnusson shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The Wyoming Cowboys players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hawelka Himalayan High were winning 0-2.

Måns Rosen was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of Wyoming Cowboys booed when Hawelka Himalayan High was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Måns Rosen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Wiktor Ingvall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wyoming Cowboys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Ingvall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felix Johansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Viggo Berg made a huge save. Wiktor Ingvall charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wiktor Ingvall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Wyoming Cowboys:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hawelka Himalayan High:s goal. 87 minutes into the game, Thomas Åhlberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Leo Sjöberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 93 played minutes Wyoming Cowboys got a freekick which was hit by Valter Björnsson. Allan Jonasson's late challenge caught a Hawelka Himalayan High's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Allan Jonasson helped the player get up and apologised. If Tom Larsfält had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hawelka Himalayan High played a much better game than Wyoming Cowboys and deserved their victory. The Wyoming Cowboys players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
