Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Golden Lions FC's Karl-Ove Barck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Hägg in the 2nd minute of play forced Nolmyra FC's goalkeeper Sten Matsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sten Matsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Ove Barck went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 14 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Kennet Broberg. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Aron Billström hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Knut Albom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Karl-Ove Barck notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Nolmyra FC's Sten Matsson. Sten Matsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute of the match Evert Ahlgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Matsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Golden Lions FC's Karl-Ove Barck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sten Matsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Billy Tolsson hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Sten Matsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvard Nykvist in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match Edvard Nykvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Matsson skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Nolmyra FC booed when Golden Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Billström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 minutes of play Golden Lions FC's Kennet Broberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulrik Bergström made a kick off. When Börge Lundhberg fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nolmyra FC's protests and gave Börge Lundhberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Börge Lundhberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Sven-Erik Valström got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 59 minutes into the match, Nolmyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Gustafsson came free, but Sten Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulrik Bergström came free, but Filiph Hedling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filiph Hedling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Albom in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute Börge Lundhberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiph Hedling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nolmyra FC's goalkeeper Sten Matsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Knut Albom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sten Matsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Hägg went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Börge Lundhberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nolmyra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Börge Lundhberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiph Hedling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute Edvard Nykvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sten Matsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Golden Lions FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
