Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alfons Mattsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Oskar Vestberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Bennet in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Oscar Löfgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oskar Vestberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Bennet, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Ragnar Sundberg hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Kevin Kollberg's late challenge caught a Protegéerna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kevin Kollberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Kevin Kollberg got a free kick in the 15th minute. Holger Lekberg struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Oskar Vestberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Protegéerna. Georg Vallin made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Alfons Mattsson sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the match, Roy Bennet notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Oskar Vestberg. Oskar Vestberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven-Arne Wallander might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georg Vallin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Arne Wallander ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfons Mattsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Georg Vallin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sven-Arne Wallander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Åke Asserlindh struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Georg Vallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quetzal Flyers Hammers. Protegéerna's attentive Rikard Lindgren managed to snatch the ball when Ragnar Sundberg made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rikard Lindgren during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 46 played minutes Protegéerna got a freekick which was hit by Rikard Lindgren. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roy Bennet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Roy Bennet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfons Mattsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Georg Vallin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sven-Arne Wallander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Asserlindh charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Åke Asserlindh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 61 played minutes Quetzal Flyers Hammers got a freekick which was hit by Åke Asserlindh. Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Oskar Vestberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Quetzal Flyers Hammers from getting a goal against them. Roy Bennet struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Oskar Vestberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Protegéerna. Protegéerna made a substitution. Sven Skark replaced Roy Bennet. Protegéerna's Rikard Lindgren quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ragnar Sundberg, made in the 74th minute of the game. After 76 played minutes Quetzal Flyers Hammers got a freekick which was hit by Ragnar Sundberg. After 78 played minutes Quetzal Flyers Hammers got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Mattsson. After a defensive mix-up in Quetzal Flyers Hammers's zone, Bo-Erik Springfält stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskar Vestberg came out of the goal and Bo-Erik Springfält tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Oskar Vestberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Skark in the 84th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Mattsson came free, but Georg Vallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Protegéerna's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
