Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Olof Dalberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Kattvik kings's zone, Börje Näver stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Helge Elg came out of the goal and Börje Näver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vilhelm Lindström charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vilhelm Lindström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 15 minutes into the game, one of Garphyttan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Kattvik kings a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bengt-Rune Broberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Garphyttan's Brian Fribäck. 1-1. In the 21st minute Bengt-Rune Broberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Fribäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Garphyttan getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Gottfrid Lundkvist hit a great ball. Helge Elg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Olof Dalberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 27 minute of play. Ove Carlsson hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bengt-Rune Broberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Arvin Löfdahl took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Helge Elg. Kattvik kings's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Jonas Bergkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Dalberg in the 54th minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Helge Elg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olof Björnberg took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Helge Elg. Helge Elg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Helge Elg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Björnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Åke Johansson got free with Brian Fribäck in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 68 minutes, Hubert Holm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kattvik kings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hubert Holm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ove Carlsson charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ove Carlsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ove Carlsson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Garphyttan's Brian Fribäck got control of the ball when Karl-Åke Johansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Näver in the 76th minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Helge Elg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 77th minute of the match Ove Carlsson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ove Carlsson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ove Carlsson hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Helge Elg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gottfrid Lundkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 83 minutes, Andréas Widberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garphyttan and the Kattvik kings players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Garphyttan's Andréas Widberg got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Bengt-Rune Broberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brian Fribäck. That made the score 3-3 in the 87 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Börje Näver ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Helge Elg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Garphyttan were victorious despite being under pressure from Kattvik kings for much of the match.
