Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Liden FF's Edvard Tunström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Bengt-Rune Broberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kattvik kings and the Liden FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bengt-Rune Broberg kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Bengt-Rune Broberg made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Liden FF's Magne Lundström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bengt-Rune Broberg in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magne Lundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Liden FF's Einar Sandell got a free kick in the 14th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Karl-Åke Johansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kattvik kings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Åke Johansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Karl-Åke Johansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Magne Lundström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karl-Åke Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th match minute, Kattvik kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernt Stigsson to maneuver through the defense. Kent Sander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helge Elg having to interfere. The supporters of Kattvik kings booed when Liden FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Michael Haraldsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bengt-Rune Broberg to strike the kick off in the second half. When Bernt Stigsson fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kattvik kings's protests and gave Bernt Stigsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kattvik kings getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Bernt Stigsson hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Colin during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 played minutes Kattvik kings got a freekick which was hit by Simon Colin. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Kent Sander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liden FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Sander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Helge Elg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Magne Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Åke Johansson in the 66th minute of the match. The Liden FF fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Liden FF's Edvard Tunström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Magne Lundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Broberg in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Kattvik kings's Frank Majman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Magne Lundström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th minute Kattvik kings were awarded a corner. Simon Colin went to the cornerflag to take it. Magne Lundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Broberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Karl-Michael Haraldsson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kattvik kings had won after a very even match.
