Henry Forsberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Hermansson's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. With a little luck, Kingpins's Mattias Asserlind got control of the ball when Fredrik Deckberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Nicklas Flinck came free, but Henry Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valter Bammerman hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Henry Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Lindqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Bo-Erik Lång came free, but Henry Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Forsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute, Casper Lindqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Björn Hellström sped through Di Röe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henry Forsberg. Henry Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Askestät in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Kingpins getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Bo-Erik Lång hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Di Röe's Isac Norström got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 39th minute of the match Casper Lindqvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henry Forsberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Henry Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Edvin Askestät, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st match minute, Di Röe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Norström to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Bo-Erik Lång hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henry Forsberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Edvin Askestät's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Albert Nyman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mattias Asserlind. Kingpins's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albert Nyman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Olov Kihlman charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olov Kihlman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Olov Kihlman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Sven-Edvin Askestät fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Henry Forsberg, passed just outside the right post. Isac Norström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mattias Asserlind tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute of the match Di Röe got a corner. Kingpins's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albert Nyman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Albert Nyman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kingpins's Mattias Asserlind did a great save. Mattias Asserlind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Deckberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
