Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Torgny Sjögren kicked off to start the match. Rune Källberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Tommy Kvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 6 played minutes Westra Aros SK got a freekick which was hit by Leif Lindström. Stefan Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Strömberg in the 7th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Westra Aros SK's Leif Lindström seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Leif Lindström the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Westra Aros SK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Leif Lindström had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Westra Aros SK's Leif Lindström got a free kick in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Linberg in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anders Stor hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Tommy Kvist acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Uno Bjurström. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Westra Aros SK's Tommy Kvist threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Axel Linberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Axel Linberg's late challenge caught a Glentown FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Anders Stor made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Rune Källberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Johan Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Henric Forsberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glentown FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Westra Aros SK the free kick. Westra Aros SK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
