Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Torgny Sjögren made the kick off and thus started the match. Ove Isaksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Tommy Kvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute of the match Hummerfiskarna got a corner. Glentown FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kjell Stolpe ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Kjell Stolpe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Glentown FC's Tommy Kvist did a great save. Isak Billock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kvist having to interfere. Torgny Sjögren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Lundberg having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Glentown FC's Jens Ahlén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tor Lundberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Glentown FC's Torgny Sjögren got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tor Lundberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarl Nilsson went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's goalkeeper Tommy Kvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eric Lövgren. With a little luck, Glentown FC's Tommy Kvist got control of the ball when Ove Isaksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th match minute, Hummerfiskarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Stolpe to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute of the match Håkan Asserlindh shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tor Lundberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Hummerfiskarna's Tor Lundberg got control of the ball when Jarl Nilsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 61 played minutes Glentown FC got a freekick which was hit by Jens Ahlén. Tommy Kvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Lövgren in the 62nd minute of play. Tommy Kvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Billock in the 68th minute of the match. When Karl-Johan Andersson fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glentown FC's protests and gave Karl-Johan Andersson a yellow card for diving instead. Eric Lövgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute of the match, Torgny Sjögren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tor Lundberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Kjell Stolpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, Torgny Sjögren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Tor Lundberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Glentown FC's Tommy Kvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Billock in the 83rd minute of play. Tommy Kvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Stolpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tor Lundberg made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Jarl Nilsson sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the match, Hummerfiskarna's goalkeeper Tor Lundberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torgny Sjögren. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Stolpe in the 90th minute of play forced Glentown FC's goalkeeper Tommy Kvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
