The audience was convinced that Adam Ştefănescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nistor Arjoca was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. When Damian Târban fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Petrolul Berca's protests and gave Damian Târban a yellow card for diving instead. The goalkeeper, Nistor Arjoca, was totally fooled by Peretu City 09's Adam Ştefănescu, who 57 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Aurelian Damian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marioara Birligea went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of -BZF- Petrolul Berca booed when Peretu City 09 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavril Isăceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelian Damian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliodor Birișu in the 88th minute of the match. Aristide Bucataru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Damian having to interfere. Luca Coșereanu hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Aurelian Damian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Zbughină's shot from short distance in the 100th minute. -BZF- Petrolul Berca's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
