After a defensive mix-up in White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s zone, Cristinel Trapcea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narcis Cozorici came out of the goal and Cristinel Trapcea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cristinel Trapcea fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC GURZUN's protests and gave Cristinel Trapcea a yellow card for diving instead. Eugen Butuc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Marchiș hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Cătălin Dăianu stood somewhat misplaced when Marius Cucerdean came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 19 minute. In the 27th minute, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Costin Șipoș dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Marius Cucerdean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Butuc in the 32nd minute of play forced FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Cătălin Dăianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Mereuță to maneuver through the defense. Mihail Ifrim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Narcis Cozorici having to make a save.
