Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Cucerdean in the 10th minute of play. Petre Sălcudeanu charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petre Sălcudeanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Dragoslaveni got a freekick which was hit by Petre Sălcudeanu. After some careless play in the Dragoslaveni defense, Marius Cucerdean kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matei Varga. The Dragoslaveni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matei Varga should have stopped the shot. Răzvan Horhoianu hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Ivan Mereuță sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matei Varga skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Dragoslaveni defense, Moise Tulbure kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matei Varga. The Dragoslaveni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matei Varga should have stopped the shot. Marcel Mitulescu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ivan Mereuță recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Tulbure in the 23rd minute of play. Matei Varga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Cucerdean in the 24th minute of the match. After 26th play minutes Marius Cucerdean shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Matei Varga and just under the crossbar into goal. Matei Varga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Cucerdean in the 30th minute of play. Matei Varga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Cucerdean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ivan Mereuță hit a great ball. Răzvan Horhoianus short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Narcis Cozorici to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. During the 36th minute of the match Petre Sălcudeanu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Petre Sălcudeanu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 36 played minutes Dragoslaveni got a freekick which was hit by Petre Sălcudeanu. In the 39th minute Valentin Pamfil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Varga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Dragoslaveni defense, Marius Cucerdean kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matei Varga. The Dragoslaveni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matei Varga should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Răzvan Horhoianu to make the kick off. Narcis Cozorici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Horhoianu in the 52nd minute of the match. Matei Varga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Butuc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Dragoslaveni's goal looked a bit too open when Moise Tulbure came free, but Matei Varga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Marius Cucerdean could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Matei Varga however easily saved by the left post. Matei Varga made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Marius Cucerdean sent off a good shot on target. Matei Varga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marius Cucerdean in the 62nd minute. Moise Tulbure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga got control of the ball when Moise Tulbure tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dacian Berevoescu charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dacian Berevoescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- booed when Dragoslaveni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dacian Berevoescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Ivan Mereuță shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matei Varga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Matei Varga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Butuc, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When Marcel Mitulescu fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dragoslaveni's protests and gave Marcel Mitulescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th match minute, Dragoslaveni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Mitulescu to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Dragoslaveni's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Butuc came free, but Matei Varga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matei Varga made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Marius Cucerdean sent off a good shot on target. Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Butuc in the 87th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugen Butuc kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matei Varga. That made the score 0-7 in the 89 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Marcel Mitulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matei Varga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marius Cucerdean in the 94th minute.
